Birth support can be provided in your home or in hospitals within our surrounding communities. As a Holistic Reproductive Practitioner & Doula I work with midwives, nurses, doctors and obstetricians but do not replace them. Support offered is complimentary and non-clinical.

Premium Birth Doula Package

Everything you need for an empowered, holistic birth experience.

  • Complimentary 1 hour consultation.
  • 2 prenatal sessions to discuss your birth wishes and preparation for birth.
    • We will address any fears or concerns you may have or need to release, explore comfort measures, coping strategies, birth plan and ways to support you and your partner during birth. Sessions are done around 30-32 weeks and 36-37 weeks, depending on your unique situation. We will also establish a plan for your postpartum.
  • 1 maternity reflexology or Reiki session (optional) – to be done during a prenatal visit.
  • Support via cell/text/email from date of hire – monthly check ins via text, phone or zoom.
  • On-call support starting at 37-38 weeks
  • Continual Labour & Birth support – including emotional, physical and informational support for you and your partner, as well as aromatherapy, reflexology and Reiki techniques if desired.
  • Customized aromatherapy massage blend to be used during labour.
  • Support up to 2 hours after your birth to ensure you and baby are settled in and resting comfortably.
  • Assistance in establishing a positive breastfeeding relationship with your baby.
  • 1-2 postpartum visits, depending on your needs, within 2-4 weeks of birth to discuss/process your birth, assist with breastfeeding, offer community resources, and provide other support if needed.
  • 1 postpartum reflexology or Reiki session (optional) during your postpartum visit.
  • Customized herbal bath salts containing the remainder of your labour blend to be used for a relaxing, healing bath post-birth.

Holistic Postpartum Support

Postpartum Doula Support

$30/hr (3 hours minimum) within Perth County or $35/hr outside

Support for the fourth trimester, an extension of birth. As your postpartum doula I will support and nurture you and your family during this transition. Offering evidence-based information on the basic care of a newborn, feeding support, whether it is breastfeeding or formula, and baby wearing, providing opportunities for self-care and emotional support. I can assist with light housekeeping, meal prep and nourishing snacks (recipes and ingredients provided by you), and caring for your baby while you take a moment for yourself. 1 hour free consult. Packages can be arranged at a small discount. Travel fee may apply.

Prenatal & Postpartum Reflexology/Reiki/Healing Sessions (Add On)

$85 – 60 min session ($60 for existing doula clients)

Additional reflexology/Reiki/healing sessions outside of Doula Support packages may be purchased at a separate cost. $85/session, $60 per session for existing doula clients or $35 when added to a postpartum shift. These sessions are very beneficial before and after birth to assist with relaxation, stress reduction, balancing hormones, lessening pain, fluid reduction, etc. are customized to suit your needs. Travel fee may apply if not added on to a postpartum visit outside of Perth County. Packages are available at a discounted rate for doula clients.
