Birth support can be provided in your home or in hospitals within our surrounding communities. As a Holistic Reproductive Practitioner & Doula I work with midwives, nurses, doctors and obstetricians but do not replace them. Support offered is complimentary and non-clinical.

Everything you need for an empowered, holistic birth experience.

  • Complimentary consultation to meet and get to know each other.
  • 2 prenatal visits to discuss your birth wishes and preparation for birth.
    • We will address any fears or concerns you may have, explore comfort measures, coping strategies and ways to support you and your partner during birth.
  • 1 maternity reflexology or Reiki session (optional) – to be done during a prenatal visit.
  • Support via cell/text/email from date of hire – monthly check ins via text, phone or zoom.
  • On-call support starting at 38 weeks.
  • Continual Labour & Birth support – including emotional, physical and informational support for you and your partner, as well as aromatherapy, reflexology and Reiki techniques if desired.
  • Customized aromatherapy massage blend to be used during labour.
  • Support up to 2 hours after your birth to ensure you and baby are settled in and resting comfortably.
  • Assistance in establishing a positive breastfeeding relationship with your baby.
  • 1-2 postpartum visits (depending on your needs) to process your birth, assist with breastfeeding, offer community resources, provide other support if needed.
  • 1 postpartum reflexology or Reiki session (optional) during your postpartum visit.

Holistic Postpartum Support

Postpartum Doula Support

$30/hr (3 hours minimum)
+hst

Support for the fourth trimester, an extension of birth. As a postpartum doula I help to support and nurture you and your family during this transition. Offering evidence-based information on the basic care of a newborn, feeding support, whether it is breastfeeding or formula, and baby wearing, providing opportunities for self-care and emotional support. I can assist with light housekeeping, meal prep and nourishing snacks (recipes provided by you), caring for your baby while you take a moment for yourself.
1 hour free consult. Travel fee may apply depending on location.

Overnight sessions are not available at this time due to my own young family.

Prenatal & Postpartum Reflexology/Reiki/Healing Sessions (Add On)

$60 for existing doula clients – (60 min session)

Additional reflexology/Reiki/healing sessions may be purchased at a separate cost. These sessions are beneficial before and after birth to assist with relaxation, stress reduction, balancing hormones, lessening pain, fluid reduction, etc. and are customized to suit your needs. Travel fee may apply. Only applicaple to existing doula clients.
